Appraisal Complaints for Dodd- Frank are becoming common says Coester

As the Dodd-Frank Bill progresses and the “customary and reasonable fee’s” become more and more of a pain point of unanswered questions there is not doubt there will be more and more complaints from the appraisal community says Brian Coester, CEO of Coester Appraisal Group, “appraisers and AMC’s are really in the dark and complaints about appraisals,fees and payment are bound to increase as professionals completing appraisals want answers.

Until we know what Dodd-Frank defines as customary and reasonable its just a waiting game.
